Once you have configured the USB communication port, you need to configure the cutting software as well. Make sure the Com port in the device manager that you have configured on your computer match the com port in the software, otherwise the cutter wont work. For example: if you have configured COM 1 in device manager, it should be COM1 in signcutpro software. IF COM2 in device manager, should be COM2 in signcutpro software
Signcutpro:
For SC631 non optical eye, click on cutter icon in Signcutpro and this menu pops up. Set the settings according to the image shown below.
