How long is my template stored?

Templates are stored for a certain period. This period is different for ‘saved’ templates and ‘purchased’ templates.

Saved templates are templates that are in progress. Purchased templates are templates that you have purchased and you can use on your website.

How long is my template stored after saving?

After saving your template it is stored for 6 months. These 6 months are calculated based on the time of the last save. We will remind you when your saved template is about to expire.

How long is my template stored after purchasing?

After purchasing your template it is stored for 12 months. We will remind you when your purchased template is about to expire.

Also we will email you a copy of the template just before it is about to expire. During these 12 months you can download & install the template as much as you want.

Note that the expiry time has no effect on templates installed in your local installation. This means that if you import a template in your CMS, it will always be available.
