  I found the cheat codes listed listed below here (www.supremewiki.com/index.php/Cheats). I've only tried these in SR2020 GC, and ctrl+shift+s brings up a window with options and a dark rectangle box with no cursor. Click on that dark box and it shows a cursor. Type in each cheat code manually, i.e. 'cheat allowcheats', and press enter. I couldn't use copy&paste to speed the cheat entering along.
  I got tired of typing in 'cheat finalexam' so I figured out how to mod the game on that same site starting from this page (www.supremewiki.com/index.php/Creating_Cache_Files).
  Cheats for both SR2010 and SR2020. Singleplayer only.
  For SR2010: Press enter while in the game. Type in the cheat. Use cheat allow cheats first.
  For SR2020: Press CTRL+SHIFT+S
  -- 'cheat allowcheats' - Type this before any other cheats.
  -- 'cheat shelovesme' - Makes the World Market have 100% relations with you.
  -- 'cheat shelovesmenot' - Makes the World Market have 0% relations with you.
  -- 'cheat fullmapshow' - Shows the entire map. (not a properly usable feature in SR2020 due to how the map is drawn above the bottom GUI)
  -- 'cheat maxsat' - Raise all sat levels by 1. (recon and comm. only need 10 for 100% coverage Missile Defense needs 20 for 100% coverage).
  -- 'cheat endday' - Removes unit calculations from game. Makes the game go much faster.
  -- 'cheat georgew' - Adds $10bn to treasury.
  -- 'cheat satellite' - Sends up a recon satellite.
  -- 'cheat instantwin' - Wins the map.
  -- 'cheat allunit' - Allows you to build all units. Unfortunately, the AI can too.
  -- 'cheat onedaybuild' - All units will be built the next day. Most unfortunately the AI can too... mega lag. (side note: the AI can not use this cheat if the autobuild for the AI is turned off. Switching regions to turn autobuild off ctrl+h after cheat allow cheats is put in. GLM - CTRL + H should not work in SR2020.)
