Dem folder:

HISTSPEED folder:
* .Hsp - Navteq Traffic Patterns - averaged road loading data on different days of the week and hours, helps when calculating a route to avoid traffic jams. Here you can read the description of the HISTSPEED function. To date, the files are irrelevant, as replaced by .fsp
PHONEME folder:
* .Ph - phonemes for TTS - competent pronoding of the names of streets and settlements, the phonemes for Russian votes are not recommended.
Map folder:
